You need to install Robot Structural Analysis Extension for Revit 2023.
You can find the installation in Autodesk Desktop Application on Updates tab, or on Autodesk Accounts page in your product updates
Then you will find Robot Structural Analysis Link on Analyze tab in Revit ribbon.
Open the link command and choose 'Send to the intermediate file (.smxx)' option, click OK.
Exchange file (.smxx) will be saved on your disk and you can send it to the other user.
